Blanca Hines

Blanca is a wife, mother, financial coach, entrepreneur and women influencer with a background in corporate retail. As a buyer, her day-to-day life was very demanding. When she and her husband decided to have children, she knew she would need to make a change in her current work/life balance. As she always saw herself playing a large role in raising her children, being a full-time mom was a dream come true until the guilt of not having a career started to surface. After seeking answers and “counseling“ from other women, she came to the realization of how important it was to build friendships with other women, as they were the only ones who could understand all the thoughts and emotions she was going through.

She was introduced to the opportunity of becoming a financial coach during this time and knew she couldn’t pass up this career change -it made her feel the fulfillment she had missed career wise while raising children and allowed her to tap into her ultimate powerful self. The inspiration of organizing a business was born! She wanted to create an organization where women could connect with one another, feel empowered to find their inner “fierce” to fight, and reach their goals and dreams. She feels beyond blessed and now hopes to fulfill this purpose that God has called her to through SHE Influence NPR.
